About our home inspector
Let me tell you a little bit about myself and our service, I have been in the building industry for over 40 years, worked for several large well known companies as a site manager. This makes me very knowledgeable on how homes are constructed; I am professionally trained and certified as a property inspector with AHIT - American Home Inspectors Training.
TH Inspection Services will deliver the information you need in a friendly, easy to understand manner so that you can rest easy knowing you have made an informed buying decision. At the end of your inspection (within 24 hours) you will receive a computerized report which includes digital photos and valuable reference material on your new home.
The purpose of the home inspection is to provide the client with information regarding the general condition of the building. A full home inspection report provides written documentation of material defects discovered in the inspected building's systems and components which, in the opinion of the inspector, are safety hazards, and are not functioning properly or appear to be at the ends of their service lives. The report will include the certified home inspector’s recommendations for correction or further evaluation.
