Our inspection covers essential items such as fencing and barriers, covers, pump motors, visible plumbing systems, filtration systems, skimmers and drains, electrical panels, disconnects, switches, outlets, lighting, heating equipment, gas piping, and venting systems.
Please note, the inspector is not required to operate alarms or safety devices, evaluate the adequacy of barrier components, determine if the pool or spa has any leaks, assess or operate backflow prevention devices or backflush systems, chemical injection systems, conditioning devices, or operate water refill and circulation systems. Additionally, the inspector does not remove electrical covers, heat exchangers, heating elements, solar systems, thermostats, air jets, or conduct water testing, diving board, slides, or pool cleaning equipment evaluations.
It is important to acknowledge that there are inherent safety risks associated with pool and spa use, including the possibility of serious injury or death. The inspector is not liable for any injury or death related to the pool or spa.
We comply with the California Swimming Pool Safety Act - Senate Bill 442 & 552 to ensure all pool and spa inspections meet safety standards.
