Pool and spa inspections starting at $350
At TH Inspection Services, in addition to our certified home inspections, we also offer pool and spa inspections.
Items to be inspected;
Fencing and barriers, covers, pump motors, visible plumbing systems, filtration system, skimmers and drains, electrical panels, disconnects, switches, outlets, lighting, heating equipment, gas piping and venting systems.
The inspector is not required to; Operate alarms or safety devices, evaluate adequacy of barrier components, determine if the pool or spa is free of leakage, evaluate or operate backflow prevention devices or backflush systems, chemical injection systems, conditioning devices, operate water refill and circulation systems, remove electrical covers, heat exchangers, heating elements, solar systems, thermostats, air jets, water testing, diving boards, slides and pool cleaning equipment.
Pool and spa risks; There are safety risks, including the risk of death, inherent with a pool or spa.
Inspector is not liable for injury or death related to the pool or spa.
