 At TH Inspection Services, in addition to our certified home inspections, we also offer sewer line inspections. When buying a home the only way to know if your sewer line is in good condition or is it clear of roots, blockages, damaged pipe or other unknown problems, is to look inside the sewer line with a camera.

What is included;

• A color video of the main sewer line.
• Inspector will access a cleanout and view the sewer line to the public sewer system or septic tank.
• A written report including the inspectors findings, we will detect, describe and defer.
• A  YouTube link to your sewer line video.

What is not included;

• Removing plumbing fixtures such as a toilet to access the sewer line.
• Climbing on roofs to access plumbing vent pipes.
• Damaging or cutting off old cleanouts.
•  Researching sewer line or plumbing permits.
•  Determining the adequacy of the sewer lines.
• Any repairs or providing quotes for repairs.
• Any sewer lines over 200 feet.
• Accessing or evaluating backflow preventers.
• All other limitations, exceptions and exclusions in the standard inspection agreement.

If we cannot access the sewer line, you will not be charged for the sewer scope inspection.
